Mr.Rwechungura was appointed by the High Court to be an Administrator of two distressed companies (a power generating company and a communications company). The firm recently handled three receiverships to assist a pensions fund (National Social Security Fund-NSSF) to recover its loan investments in certain companies. It is currently helping the Bank of Baroda to recover its loan from a defaulter through a receivership. A large bulk oil distributing company retained the firm to advise it in its restructuring process and stripping of ten non-core properties.
