Pladius is a Senior Associate within the firm. He is an advocate and a corporate law consultant in Tanzania. He has worked in the mining, banking, project finance and capital markets portfolio.

Pladius has worked with the Partners of the firm in helping investors to establish corporate presence in Tanzania, conducting mineral rights due diligences, giving binding opinions for various purposes, advising in the negotiation of joint venture agreements and acting as Tanzania counsel. He has also been involved in the mergers and acquisitions of several local and international corporations, advised clients on regulatory legal regimes and she has conducted extensive due diligence work on various corporate entities, drafted agreements in major transactions, insolvency and debt recovery. He is also working on corporate litigation and tax law.
