Beatha Godfrey Telli is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and other subordinate courts thereto. She joined CRB Africa Legal in 2022 after successfully graduating from the Law School of Tanzania, and she is actively engaged in the delivery of services under the firm’s key portfolios, notably the banking and financial law portfolio, the corporate law portfolio and the commercial litigation and insolvency portfolio. During this short period of her joining the firm, Beatha has proactively and effectively gained experience in handling complex transactions for clients including but not limited to:

• drafting and analysing contracts and JV agreements (corporate law portfolio);
• drafting and perfection of loan security documents for local and international lending banks (banking portfolio);
• researching and drawing of pleadings and representing clients in court (litigation portfolio);
• incorporation of local and international companies in Tanzania and rendering post incorporation support services (corporate law portfolio);
• rendering legal advisory services/advice in mergers and acquisition transactions (corporate law portfolio); and
• administration of receiverships and company dissolutions/reorganisations transactions (insolvency portfolio).
